Now we speak Portuguese, we take reais, and we've shipped a new feature: Bring your own WABA, if you're already on Cloud API.

1MSG has been operating in Brazil — e olá, prezados clientes! This launch is the local product: Portuguese, and a subscription in reais — but payments are still international, without PIX and nota fiscal.
What you get in Brazil
The product is in Portuguese — the site, dashboard, and docs. From now on, new content is written in pt-BR. We'll translate the pages that are still in English as we go.
The 1MSG subscription is a fixed price in reais, so the subscription is paid in the currency a Brazilian company already budgets in. Message usage is charged in dollars; you top up in reais and we convert, so it is obvious how much you are putting in.
PIX and nota fiscal are coming in the near future.
Bring your own WABA
We built Bring your own WABA first of all for the Brazilian market. If you're already on Meta Cloud API, you can connect that number to 1MSG. You still pay Meta in reais for messages.
1MSG is the production platform around that API. With 1MSG there's less for you to run: no own database, no hosting, no keeping it online just to have WhatsApp in production. That time goes to the product.
You can still get a number from 1MSG, or transfer one from another provider. Bring your own WABA does not replace those options — it is one more way to connect.
