1MSG Platform: a new UI for API developers

A new 1MSG dashboard is now in beta at platform.1msg.io. This first release is for new customers: a new interface for API developers. New WABA features will appear there first.

By the end of the year we expect to start moving existing customers to the new platform, once it is stable.

Starting over

Our goal is to ship useful new features for developers faster. The current dashboard has become hard to maintain, and even harder to update.

So we are putting the current platform into maintenance-only mode and building a new one from scratch, focused on developers and what they need. Over time, we will catch up with the current platform’s capabilities.

What's next

First comes beta: we release the new platform so we can finish and debug it until we have a minimum working version. After that, new customers sign up only on the new platform.

Then we add capabilities until it is mature for developers. After that, we start migrating existing channels to the new platform.
