Platform
Hi, Russia! WABA on the new Platform is now paid in rubles
We added ruble billing to the new Platform. You can top up the balance and pay for a subscription by card or by invoice, and the interface and support are in Russian.
You can buy WABA in Russia and pay for it in rubles on the new 1MSG Platform. It used to accept only foreign cards, so ruble payments stayed in the old dashboard, but that dashboard is now closed, registration is only on the new one, and the new one accepts rubles. The Platform interface itself and support are in Russian.
Payments
The Platform accepts Russian cards and a bank invoice. You can pay for a subscription and top up the balance either way. To pay in rubles, check that the currency in settings is set to rubles.
After you pay for a subscription with a Russian card, the card is saved. If a card is connected, subscription charges run automatically. We send a reminder before the next charge so it goes through on time and your WhatsApp keeps working.
To pay by invoice, enter your company details, generate the invoice, and send it to your accounting team. After payment, access turns on automatically, but to extend it you need to issue a new invoice by hand. To avoid closing documents every month, you can pay the subscription for 3 months or a year right away.
Balance
A subscription for the number and a balance top-up for sending messages are two different operations. The balance is what pays for sending messages.
A balance top-up is charged in rubles and then converted: message billing is in dollars. Conversion happens when the funds are credited.
Connect WABA for your company and pay for it in rubles. On the pricing page you can see the cost and pick a plan right away: one month, 3 months, or a year.
