Conversation counts

/api/v1/inbox/conversations/counts

mine_open and unassigned count only OPEN conversations. all counts every visible conversation.

Key issued in Settings → Developer → API key. Inbox methods need the Inbox scope. Campaigns methods need the Campaigns scope.

channelId?string

Limit the counts to one channel.

Open conversations assigned to the key actor.

unassigned*number

Open conversations with no assignee.

all*number

All conversations visible to the key, any status.
