Platform
The new Platform leaves beta
The new 1MSG Platform is out of beta and is the product we develop. Your API and billing stay as they are, and we start moving legacy accounts in stages.
In May 2026 we released the new Platform in beta. It is now our main product, and my.1msg.io becomes legacy. We support my.1msg.io until the last account moves and begin moving every customer in stages.
The new Platform
The dashboard at my.1msg.io is legacy: it is outdated and hard to maintain, update, and develop further. That is why we built the new Platform. Its job is not to copy my.1msg.io feature for feature, but to rethink how 1MSG works as a product.
We built it on a new architecture and more modern technologies, so we can extend it and ship features faster; long term it is more stable, reliable, and scalable. From here, all new product development happens on the new Platform only.
It already covers the basics you rely on in the legacy dashboard. It also adds capabilities that did not exist there in the same form, such as the Inbox API and a Campaigns API we are building next. The WhatsApp channel API is unchanged on both dashboards — same endpoints, tokens, and channels.
Customers on my.1msg.io
If you use my.1msg.io today, your API and billing stay as they are for now. The dashboard cannot be moved over in one step — the new UI has breaking changes for legacy workflows. When it is your turn, we tell you in advance; you then sign in on the new Platform and set a new password.
We move accounts in stages. Customers who work through the API and rarely open the dashboard go first; customers who rely on Flow Builder on legacy go last. Until your move, what you use in my.1msg.io stays there; the new Platform is not a one-to-one copy.
