Send or schedule a campaign
Copies the segment into the send snapshot. scheduledAt is a future ISO-8601 instant with Z or a numeric offset. Omit it or send null to start now. Template sends pause when the channel tier for the rolling 24 hours is used up. There is no separate per-day field.
